A grand jury has taken action on the case of the homicide at Rocks Bar in Albany. The Albany police chief also confirmed the name of the suspect in the shooting death, and explained why that suspect was injured after being picked up by police.
Troy's mayor is out with a new budget proposal which he says will result in minimal layoffs and fewer services being cut. Patrick Madden now wants to increase taxes 14.55 percent. He originally proposed increasing taxes 28 percent.
