NewsChannel 13 held an education forum last week and highlighted programs that focus on helping students with special needs. Sometimes, those needs call for new surroundings to show special needs kids they are important and not forgotten. Just ask the kids at Helping Hands Academy Nursery School in Clifton Park, who helped officially cut the ribbon on their new school Tuesday.
