No jail for Saratoga home builder
BALLSTON SPA - James McLagan was sentenced Tuesday to pay full restitution totaling more than $72,000.
McLagan pleaded guilty to grand larceny. The Saratoga Springs custom home builder took hundreds of thousands of dollars in down payments for homes he never built.
As part of his sentence he also received five years probation.
