Ingredients 1 lb garlic scapes 1/2 lb fresh tomatoes diced 1/2 lb uncooked tri-colored pasta Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbls olive oil or butter
Directions Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, rinse garlic scapes and cut into bite size pieces. Saute in olive oil until soft (5 minutes). When scapes are soft, add tomatoes to pan and heat through. Add cooked pasta to pan and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
