He should have resigned Pedro Martinez, instead of letting the first place Phillies steal him for just one million dollars. It's no gamble at all for the Phillies, because if Pedro does not work out, they can just cut him. I guarantee you Pedro would be better than Livan Hernandez. He would certainly be more consistent than Ollie Perez.
