S'More Cupcakes

2 dozen chocolate cupcakes (Gluten-free or regular) Chocolate icing graham cracker crumbs (Gluten-free or regular)

marshmallows* (standard or mini, it is up to you!)

1. Bake cupcakes and allow to cool.

2. Ice cupcakes and roll edges in graham cracker crumbs.

3. Place one standard, or several mini, marshmallows in the center of the cupcake.

4. Serve

*You can toast the marshmallows by placing them on a baking sheet, take care that they don't touch, and browning them under a broiler.

Watch the marshmallows closely so that they do not burn.
