Bruschetta Pasta Salad

Bruschetta Pasta Salad

Serves 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

½ pound of cooked whole wheat rotini pasta

1.5 cups prepared bruschetta

4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup kalmata olives (pitted)

¼ pound Creta Farms EVOO Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, cubed (from the deli counter ask for a slab cut)

¼ pound Creta Farms EVOO Black Forest Ham, cubed (from the deli counter ask for a slab cut)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cube ham and turkey into bite size cubes.
  2. In a large bowl mix the cooked pasta, bruschetta, cheese, olives, ham and turkey. Toss to combine.
  3. Chill & serve.
