Posted at: 09/15/2009 5:26 PM Sanchez was impressiveAfter week 1 of the NFL season, I was most impressed with the performance of Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez. I did not think he would be that poised, especially in the opener, having started only 16 games at USC. The stat that sticks out was 12 of his 18 completions came on third down. It's only one week, but Sanchez was impressive.
