Posted at: 11/01/2009 5:26 PM 39-year old man charged with rape of 15-year old girl in PittsfieldThe following are from David Capeless, District Attorney in Berkshire County: Fred Lee Holt, Jr., 39, of Pittsfield, is charged with four counts of rape and abuse of a child. Holt allegedly had sex with a 15-year old Pittsfield girl between December 15, 2008 and April 15, 2009. Holt pled not guilty. Michael Moore, 23, of East Canaan, CT, is charged with five counts of heroin distribution, one count of having drugs within a drug-free school zone and five counts of conspiracy. Authorities say these incidents happened in Great Barrington and Sheffield between Sept. 4 and Sept. 24. Moore pled not guilty. Lance Norris, 26, with aliases of Anthony Smith, Tyrone Walker and Alberto Jessamy is formerly from Pittsfield and now living in Attica. He pled not guilty to four counts of armed assault with intent to murder, four counts of the use of a firearm, three counts of assault and battery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of illegal possession of a firearm without an ID card. The charges stem from a shooting at 253 Wahconah Street in Pittsfield on November 5, 2005. Michael Provenzano, 42, of Pittsfield is charged with one count of intimidation of a witness. Police say he tried to intimidate a witness in a pending criminal matter on September 22. Provenzano pled not guilty in Berkshire Superior Court. Anibal Aponte, 28, of Pittsfield pled guilty to one count of trafficking in cocaine. Judge John Agostini sentenced Aponte to a 3-4 year sentence at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. The charges stem from a search of his home on March 13. Aponte was initially charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count of possession of a firearm without a license and one count of possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card. All those were dismissed for the guilty plea. Tiffany Brouillette, 23, of Pittsfield was arraigned on one count of the distribution of cocaine, one count of having drugs in a drug-free school zone, and one count of conspiracy. She pled not guilty to an incident that allegedly happened on August 31. Cheila Hernandez, 29, of Pittsfield is charged with one count of trafficking in cocaine, one count of conspiracy, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count of possession of a firearm without an ID card, and one count of possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card. She pled not guilty to all the charges that are alleged to have occurred March 13. Jennifer Kukevitch, 31, of Pittsfield, also known as Jennifer Lampiasi, is charged with one count of cocaine distribution, one count of a drug violation in a drug-free school zone, and one count of conspiracy. She pled not guilty to an incident that allegedly happened August 31. Jalenda LeBarron, 24, of Pittsfield has pled not guilty to one count of armed robbery. Police say she took money from a 49-year old man in Pittsfield on August 29. Jesus Torres, 32, of Pittsfield pled guilty to one count of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card and one count of possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card. Judge John Agostini sentenced Torres to serve two years of a 2 1/2 year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. Charges dismissed including one count each of trafficking cocaine, conspiracy and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The charges stemmed from a search of his home on March 13.
