Teenager arrested on warrant in Amsterdam
AMSTERDAM -- A Wayne County teenager is now in the Montgomery County jail after visiting someone else at the jail, the Sheriff's Office reports.
Nikol Casanova, 19, of Newark, NY, northeast of Canandaigua, was visiting an inmate on Saturday, December 19. Deputies arrested her on a bench warrant for an undisclosed charged and she was later arraigned by Judge Menge in the Town of Amsterdam Court.
Casanova is now in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
