Ingredients:

Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts (found in the frozen isle at many grocery stores).
Your favorite toppings.

Make a custom pizza bar that will have your friends and family feel the red carpet glamour! All you need is a few Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts (or your favorite gluten free crusts) and plenty of toppings.

Here are The Nominees:

Masterpiece Pizza: Top pizza with a touch of extra virgin olive oil, caramelized onions, havarti cheese, and thinly sliced red delicious apples. When the pizza comes out of the oven top with organic baby greens and drizzle with a balsamic reduction (in a small pot simmer 1 cup of good balsamic vinegar with 3-4 tablespoons of pure cane sugar or honey for 20 minutes or until the mixture coats the back of a spoon).

The Academy: Top pizza with your favorite sauce and a thin layer of shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese and fontina cheese.  Top with grilled or sautéed Portobello mushrooms, thin slices of prosciutto, and thin slices of fresh basil leaves. Elegance in every bite!

A Philadelphia Story: Top pizza crust with sauce, sautéed onions and peppers, slices of provolone cheese and pieces of cooked cubed steak seasoned with garlic powder, sea salt & freshly ground pepper.

The Artist Margarita Pizza: Top pizza crust with your favorite marinara sauce, low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese, slices of fresh tomatoes (remove seeds), a few slices of fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. A touch of organic garlic powder brings this pizza straight to the top.

Not Black Tie Pizza: Top pizza crust with a thin layer of Dinosaur BBQ Roasted Garlic and Honey Sauce and shredded seriously sharp cheddar cheese (I like Cabot). Top with shredded cooked chicken. Enjoy the melty BBQ Gluten Free Goodness!

Enjoy making these deliciously fun pizzas with your guests!
