Shrimp Roll Ingredients:

1 pound of shrimp, cleaned and shells on
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper.

Heat grill to a medium high heat. Toss shrimp in olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Cook on grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or until the shrimp has turned pink and opaque. Take shrimp off grill. Once you can safely handle the shrimp, remove shells.

The Berry Best Dad Shrimp Roll: In a bowl mix together 2 tablespoon of good balsamic vinegar, 1 table spoon of Argyle Cheese Farmer’s award winning greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, a dash of organic garlic powder and ground sea salt and pepper. Fold in a half a pound of shrimp and a cup of sliced fresh strawberries. Fill your toasted gluten free hot dog roll full of this fun and fresh shrimp extravaganza. A Great Roll for a Great Dad!

The California: Mix a half pound of shrimp with one diced avocado, 2 slices of crumbled cooked bacon, 1 garden fresh diced tomato and your choice of good balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons of Hellman’s Mayonnaise. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Fill a toasted gluten free hot dog roll and enjoy. A celebration in every bite!

Steak Roll Ingredients:

2 pound flank steak
Dinosaur BBQ Roasted Garlic and Honey BBQ Sauce

Preheat grill to a medium high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your liking whether it be rare, medium rare, or well done.

Remove steak from grill, cover with tinfoil and let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain.

The Award Winning Dad: Place grilled steak, grilled onions, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and hunters sharp Cabot cheddar cheese into a grilled hot dog roll. A simply delicious summer favorite. Only the best for Dad!

*Quick Tip: I love to present this meal as a “bar.” Place the cooked shrimp, steak,  toppings, sauces, herbs, in fun bowls on a table with plenty of toasted or grilled gluten free hot dog rolls. Let your guests and the guest of honor create their own special roll. It is an interactive way to enjoy a new favorite!
