GUILDERLAND- An Altamont man was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest on June 10.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office said that around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday, June 10 20-year-old Cody Lassonde forced his way into a home at Veeder Road in the Town of Guilderland.

When authorities arrived at the home, Lassonde was outside and appeared to be very intoxicated and possibly under the influence of drugs. He resisted arrest and ultimately was tased by deputies. He was taken into custody.
Lassonde was arraigned in the Town of Guilderland Justice Court before the Honorable Denise Randall and was taken to Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond.
He is scheduled to appear on Monday, June 11 at 5:30 p.m.
