SARATOGA SPRINGS - It's almost show time at the newest restaurant on Broadway.

As construction crews were adding the finishing touches to the outside, staff of Boca Bistro was scurrying to get things polished up and straightened up in time for the doors to open.

If it looked like they've done this before, they have.

This is the fourth Saratoga County restaurant for the husband and wife team of David and Roslyn Zecchini. First it was Chianti and Forno in Saratoga Springs, and Paste Pane in Clifton Park. All Italian and all successful.

This one is Spanish influenced.

"We've decided to take a different route after so many years and we're really, really excited to try something different," said Roslyn Zecchini, co-owner of Boca Bistro.

When other restaurants are just breaking even, the Zecchinis are expanding. So much for a down economy.

"Expanding is very interesting. I think it helps the economy. And to me it's the adrenaline rush to be able to build up more and to push the economy forward," said David Zecchini, co-owner of Boca Bistro.

Tuesday night they were hosting a party to benefit Saratoga Hospital's Resource Center. Boca Bistro begins serving dinner Wednesday night.
