President of RCS School Board arraigned Thursday

RAVENA - The president of the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk School Board was arraigned Thursday morning.

John Vadney was arraigned on one count 2nd degree harassment. He is accused of threatening Joseph Tracey on the phone. Tracey is the father of the board's former vice president.

Tracey is also facing aggravated harassment charges, for a telephone call authorities claim he made to Vadney.
