Troy police warn residents of scam

TROY - Police in Troy are warning homeowners about two suspicious men in the city. They say the men claimed to be from the Water Department and asked to enter a house on Second Avenue to test the water.
Police say there is no such operation is currently in place.
Officials are asking people not to let the men in and call police if they show up at your door.
