13-year-old hit by van in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY - A 13-year-old boy is recovering after he was hit by a van Thursday evening in Schenectady.
The accident happened at the intersection of Manhattan Street and Foster Avenue just before 7 p.m. Police say the boy was riding a bike and rode into the intersection.
The teenager injured his head. It's not clear how seriously though.
No tickets have been issued.
