Partially nude woman discovered at Warren County Department of Public Works

A shocking sight greeted workers at the Warren County Department of public works.
Police say when the employees showed up for work, they found 42 year old Kelly Lee McDonald, passed out on a floor, half naked.
Not only that, they say she had relieved herself on a chair and elsewhere in the building.
A partially consumed 12 pack of beer was found nearby.
The chair was later thrown out and the woman charged with trespassing.
