Girl accused of killing dog out of spite

Police say an 11-year-old couldn't get her way and out of spite, killed her foster mother's dog.
It happened in Lake George.
Police say the girl asked her temporary foster mother for something and was told no, so she killed the woman's small dog.
The girl faces two felonies.
Her name is not being released because of her age.
