Albany's City Hall clock to get repaired

At Albany City Hall time is on your side. That’s if it's the north side or the east side or the south side.
Not so much however on the west side
For months now, even years, the City Hall clock has been the object of ridicule because it was always seemed to be broken, but now there is new life for the ancient clock.
The hands and the innards of the west-side clock have been shipped off to a clock company in Michigan, which not only cleans your clock but fixes it too.
