Irishman charged with arson in Bolton Landing

BOLTON LANDING - A man from Ireland was charged with arson in Warren County. The Warren County Sheriff's Department charged 26-year-old Andrew Quinn with setting fire to a truck belonging to Neuffer's Deli in Bolton Landing.
Police say surveillance video showed Quinn near the truck when the fire started. He is in the United States temporarily on a work visa.
He's living in an apartment in Bolton Landing but Friday night he's in the county jail.
