Wife of Congressman Hinchey to spend 2 months in jail

ALBANY - The wife of a New York congressman will spend the next two months in jail on DWI charges.
Allison Lee pled guilty to DWI in Albany City Court Friday. Lee is the wife of Congressman Maurice Hinchey.
She was arrested in January at Lark and Lancaster streets in Albany.
Lee will also be on probation for three years.
