Albany blaze believed to be electrical

ALBANY - The cause of a fire that forced 12 people from their apartments in Albany last night is believed to be electrical.
The fire broke out near Madison Avenue and Quail Street around 8:30 last night.
There are no reports of injuries.
Most of the residents are being allowed to move back into their homes today.
