Albany man pleads guilty in a hit and run accident

ALBANY - An Albany man pleads guilty in a hit and run accident that injured two people.
Prosecutors say Kenneth Arrington ran a red light back in May.
As police tried to pull him over, he sped away and struck two pedestrians.
He abandoned his car near the Palace Theater and was later caught.
Prosecutors say he had alcohol, cocaine and pot in his system.
He faces up to seven years in prison.
