Here are some Breakfasts You Can Make in 5 Minutes
Frozen whole-grain waffles with cup of low fat or fat free yogurt and your favorite fruit or top with peanut or almond butter and top with banana and raisins
Ready-to-eat, whole-grain cereal and fruit- ¾ cup ShopRite Bran Flakes with ½ cup ShopRite Low-Fat Milk and ½ cup fresh fruit
Chia seeds are a good source of protein and cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber, and omega threes ( 500mg-1000mg of Omega-3 fatty acids daily)
Instant oatmeal with cinnamon with apples and nuts .
Fruit smoothie (Blend 1 cup of low-fat milk, 4 ounces yogurt and 1 cup of your favorite fruit)-
