Former U.S. President remembered

MENANDS - Today is a special day in the Capital Region.
It's the birthday of a former U.S. president who lived in this area.
Chester Arthur is buried in the Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands.
A wreath laying ceremony was held there this morning.
Arthur graduated from Union College, and became the nation's 21st president in 1881.
He died five years later, on November 18th 1886.
