ALBANY - Lawyers for former Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno are asking a judge to dismiss the federal charges against him.
Bruno's attorneys filed the motions in U.S. District Court in Albany yesterday.
Bruno, now 83-years-old, was convicted of honest services fraud in 2009.
His conviction was thrown out by a federal appeals court.
