LATHAM - Price chopper is planning some big changes.
The plans were unveiled today at the Route 9 Latham store.
The Price Chopper there will expand into the former Bon-ton in that plaza.
Executive Chairman of the board, Neil Golub says they are coming up with a new look, creating what he calls a concept store.
In his words, their goal is to create a store by which all other stores will be judged.
“It will feature a restaurant row of 16 fast casual dining experiences that will present America's most popular foods prepared to order within five to seven minutes and it will be moderately priced,”said Golub.
The new Price Chopper Concept Store is expected to open in Latham next Fall.
