New security rules are in place for students taking SAT and ACT exams this weekend. It comes after a downstate cheating scandal, where older students were paid to take the exam for younger students.
The new regulations now call for each student to submit a photo to register. That photo appears on the registration ticket, which is also attached to the scores.
