Not registered to vote? Head up to Saratoga Springs. Local student and businesses owner Allen Caruso will be registering both parties to vote in front of the old Borders Bookstore on Broadway. Caruso says he wants to increase awareness and civic engagement. It goes from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
