Flags fly at half staff in honor of Montgomery County chairman

MONTGOMERY COUNTY - Flags are flying at half staff in Montgomery County tonight in honor of the Board of Supervisors Chairman.

A spokesperson tells us that Shayne Walters passed away yesterday following a short battle with cancer.

Walters was also Charleston Town Supervisor.

The County Board of Supervisors has postponed its meeting this week in honor of Walters' passing.
