TROY - A Troy man accused of gunning down a rap artist in broad daylight, is now considering a plea deal.
Allen McBee is accused of murdering Sha-Kim Miller on Second Street in Troy in March.
Officials say a plea of first degree manslaughter and second degree criminal possession of a weapon was discussed in court today.
The victim was a rapper who was known as Pacino GIR.
