Pittsfield man accused of causing deadly car crash

BERKSHIRE COUNTY - In Berkshire County, a Pittsfield man is under arrest after being accused of causing the crash that killed the mother of his child.
Prosecutors say Shaun Race was high on drugs when he crashed his car in Lee on May 12.
The accident killed his girlfriend, Mayra Demedeiros.
The couple's 1 month old baby was in the car, but not hurt.
Race faces a number of charges including motor vehicle homicide.
