The Ravena Coeymans Selkirk School District seems to have had more than its share of controversy in recent years and theres yet another hot potato as the school board hires an Interim Superintendent with a controversial past
The School Board voted 5-4 last night to hire Alan McCartney as the interim super.
6 years ago, when McCartney was superintendent of the Voorheesville District, a state audit accused him of more than $100,000 in questionable expenses, including $350 at a local strip club.
