Three charged with forging payroll checks

GLOVERSVILLE – Police have arrested three people and charged them with making fake payroll checks, and cashed them at several businesses around the area.
Gloria Dillenbeck from Caroga Lake, and Bruce Jessop and Amy Johnson from Gloversville were arrested this week.
Jessop is also facing similar charges from Amsterdam.
Police say 15 checks were cashed, resulting in a theft of over $8,000.
They also say that the investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are possible.
