New signs and a new name for Albany's riverfront garage

One of Albany's parking garages gets a brand new name.
The downtown Columbia Garage was officially renamed the Riverfront Garage on Saturday. The goal is to make people more aware of the access the parking garage provides.
“They have immediate access from this particular garage to the corning preserve. If there are any events, you pull in here, and walk to the Corning Preserve.” Hal King, Associate Director, Albany Parking Authority.
The 850 space garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nearly every day of the year.
