Police investigate an overnight shooting in Albany

Albany Police are investigating an overnight shooting Sunday morning.
The victim was shot three times, in the area of 220 Green Street, around 2:00 this morning. He was taken to Albany Medical Center with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made.
