Blatnick leaves behind a huge legacy

Jeff Blatnick leaves behind an incredible legacy, but my memories of Blatnick will always be how much he loved his family and gave back to the community. Countless hours of charity events, speaking engagements and volunteer coaching, and of course family, which for Blatnick always came first. His 1984 Olympic gold medal in Greco Roman wrestling stands alone, but a big part of Blatnick's legacy comes from the Capital Region, which will always consider him one of its own.
