Marchione wins McDonald's 43rd Senate seat

Kathy Marchione has defeated Robin Andrews in the 43rd state Senate race.
Marchione is leading Andrews with 47% of the vote with 74% of the precincts reporting.
Incumbent Roy McDonald received 16% of the vote on a third party line.
