Schenectady Landlord pleads guilty to tax fraud

SCHENECTADY -A Schenectady landlord has pleaded guilty to tax fraud.

Frank Poplizio owes almost $100,000 in State sales taxes from a restaurant he ran in Schenectady that is now closed.

Popolizio could face one to three years in State Prison when he is sentenced in January.

According to the Times Union, the judge told Popolizio his penalty will depend on how much money he is able to pay back to the State.
