Locally owned business shuts down two stores

ALBANY - The locally- owned 'Party Warehouse' shuts two stores and could be forced to closed its main store on Fuller Road in Albany.
The stores in Clifton Park and Springfield, Massachusetts closed last week.
The owner Jerry Sykes, was concerned about the ongoing construction work on Fuller Road.
He says business took a big hit and it hasn't recovered.
He's now trying to work out a deal with his creditors.
