Glens Falls Hospital to cut labor force

Glens Falls Hospital is announcing layoffs.
The hospital says it's eliminating 29 positions and reducing the work hours of five employees.
It's part of an ongoing cost-reduction program.
The hospital says the quality of patient care will not be affected.
