SARATOGA COUNTY - An alleged serial burglar in Saratoga County has been caught.

The Sheriff's Department says it arrested 21-year-old Anthony Vagnini outside Tech Valley Recycling Tuesday.

He's accused of breaking into the business twice this month.

He's also accused of burglarizing a multicultural center in Halfmoon.
