Police locate missing child

A little boy and his father who were the subject of a search Friday have been located.
Police in Ulster County issued an AMBER Alert Friday morning, saying the dad took his child from day care after a physical fight with the mother.
The alert was canceled Friday afternoon. Police say 4-year-old Frederick McCluskey was found in good health and that his 27-year-old father, also named Frederick McCluskey, is in custody.
Police say the father abducted his son just before 9 a.m. in the Ulster County town of Marlboro and threatened to hurt himself or the child.
Police have not released any details on where the father and son were found.
