Police confirm death of 5 year old Glens Falls boy

Glens Falls Police now confirm that 5 year old Gary Carpenter III died from his injuries early Saturday morning.

Police say he was attacked by his mother's boyfriend, 24 year old Brandon Warrington, who was frustrated with the child because he wouldn't stop crying. Both Warrington and the mother, Jennie Mattison, are under arrest.

Warrington will likely face murder charges.
