SYRACUSE - A trial date has been set for two Syracuse area brothers accused of conning a man out of a $5,000,000 lottery ticket.
Andy Ashkar and his brother Nayel will stand trial beginning on April 22nd.
NewsChannel13 first told you about the pair last week.
They're accused of swindling the real ticket owner, then trying to cash it in this past March.
The brothers are charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
