In your desperation to get a good deal this holiday season, don't park in a spot set aside for disabled drivers.

Law enforcement in Albany County began a crackdown this morning on those who park in handicapped spots without being handicapped.

It’s called Project Access.  The program began in 1994.

During that time police have issued more than 2300 tickets and collected more over $278,000 in fines.
