State Police confirm the identity of Tuesday's accident victim

State Police confirm the identity of the body found in a burned truck in Nassau is 28 year old Ryan Patton.
 
Patton was reported missing out of Rensselaer County on November 14th. On Tuesday morning a hunter discovered Patton's badly burned truck off a logging trail. Dental records and an autopsy were used to identify his body.
