Troy PD responds to complaint filed against officer

TROY - The Troy Police department has responded to a complaint filed against one of its officers.
Brian Houle says he had a disagreement with Officer Kyle Jones that began on Facebook.
It ended with Houle being arrested outside his home last June.
Houle says he was assaulted by Jones and another officer.
He filed a notice of claim against the city.
According to the Times Union, an investigation by troy police concluded that officer Jones violated rules of conduct, but did not use excessive force.
