Blasting to begin Friday at site of rock slide

FORT ANN - Blasting will begin Friday afternoon at the site of last month's rockslide.
Lanes in both directions on Route 4 are shut down.
The state department of transportation says they need to blast more rock to assure the safety of drivers.
Detours are posted, but it's expected to back up traffic on the busy road connecting New York and Vermont.
